To order a DWG book/map/CD or Information Pack, simply click on the 'Add to
Cart' button for that item. This will take you to a secure Shopping Cart linked
to the WorldPay payments system.
You can use a range of major credit and debit cards to pay for your purchases.
All purchases are calculated in Sterling wherever you are buying from.
On the Shopping Cart page you can change the number of copies you require (up to
a maximum of 10), delete items you have changed your mind on, and Proceed to
Checkout when you want to complete your purchase. You can return to DWG's
website using the 'Back to Store' button which will return you to our Titles page,
or your browser's 'Back' button to return to the page you were on.
'See Cart' and
'Checkout' buttons are sprinkled onto most the pages which have 'Add to
Cart' buttons or you can go to 'Checkout' from the Shopping Cart,
allowing you to quickly complete your purchase at any time.
DWG's Shopping Cart assumes that you only want to purchase one of each title,
even if you press the 'Add to Cart' a second time.
If you wish to buy more than one copy of a title, update the quantity in the
Shopping Cart and then press 'Update'.

Postage for UK, Europe and World-Wide
If you are ordering from a UK address your order is sent by 1st Class Post.
Purchase price by credit card includes a small cost for 1st Class Post.
Ordering within the EU, but outside UK, we do make a small charge of 15% of your
order value for the extra cost of Airmail postage.
Ordering from outside the EU increases the Airmail cost considerably so we have
to charge 40% of your order value to cover this extra cost.
After you have completed the Checkout procedure.
Your DWG order is forwarded to us for fulfilment once it has
been authorised; for UK orders allow 7 days for delivery, for EU orders 14 days,
World-Wide allow 28 days.
WorldPay will immediately email a payment receipt to you , while at
DWG we will also email confirmation that your order has been received.

In the unusual event of an order going missing in the postal system (less than 1
packet in each 1,000) it is a distressing time for all of us so stay calm while
we work it out.
